Education Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Educational Developer to collaborate with teaching staff and elevate learning experiences for students.


Main Responsibilities
  • Design innovative educational resources, advise on effective teaching practices and promote learning principles that put students first.
  • Contribute to research, scholarship and projects that advance educational excellence.
  • Engage with stakeholders, participate in committees and lead projects to improve educational outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with industry or professional experience.
  • Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education or willingness to complete.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with university standards, academic writing and learning management systems.
  • Proficiency in business support software and ability to deliver innovative courses.
