About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Plant Mechanic to join our team as a Field Service Technician in the Gladstone region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Komatsu's construction equipment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair construction equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Trade qualification in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
  • Past experience working on construction equipment
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
