Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our expanding service team at Wormald in Gladstone, QLD. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert service and maintenance to our clients' fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fire alarm systems
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and test fire alarm systems
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

  • Appropriate QBCC Fire Occupational and/or trade licenses
  • Service work/Minor works experience advantageous
  • Ability to work autonomously within a team environment
  • Computer skills and familiar with using handheld devices
  • High level of customer service
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
