Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on audit matters.
  • Audit Oversight: Lead end-to-end audit engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
  • Quality Control & Risk Management: Ensure audits meet the highest professional and ethical standards.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop audit professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, playing a key role in strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional Qualification: CA or CPA, RCA highly regarded.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in audit & assurance, at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Leadership & Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to lead teams, develop business, and drive operational efficiency.
