Incident Response Specialist

We are seeking an Incident Response Specialist to join our team and provide Critical Incident Response Services to support clients during incidents or organisational change.
About the RoleThis part-time fixed term contract involves assessing workplace issues and identifying suitable intervention programs, providing solution-focused advice, and delivering Employee Counselling and Training services.
As a registered Psychologist or Social Worker with 3-5 years of relevant experience and training in Psychological First Aid, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders and have access to regular clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and address workplace issues through evidence-based interventions.
- Provide expert advice to achieve desired outcomes.
- Deliver People Assist services, including Employee Assistance Programs and Return-to-Work initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business results.
With a strong understanding of trauma-informed practices and a passion for supporting organisational wellbeing, you will be well-suited to this role.
