**Job Opportunity:** Reportable Incidents Specialist

 

As a Reportable Incidents Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring reportable incidents and other regulatory intelligence. This role requires strong analytical skills to identify trends and issues through the oversight and review of reportable incidents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload of reportable incidents in connection with the provision of supports and services by registered providers.
  • Completing assessments of reportable incidents and other regulatory intelligence to a quality standard within agreed timeframes.
  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with a large and diverse range of external stakeholders.
  • Preparing complex and/or sensitive correspondence and corporate documentation.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen.
