Job OpportunityWe are expanding our multidisciplinary team to support NDIS participants living in the Wollongong & Nowra region. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in their local community.
This role will involve managing a caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services to participants. You will also be responsible for assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical functions and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
You will interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
In addition, you will have opportunities to mentor and supervise early career clinicians and maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.
This role offers flexibility in terms of hours and days worked, allowing you to select a schedule that suits your needs and lifestyle.
- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical functions and capacity

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
- Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
