Experienced Construction Engineer Wanted

Skillful engineers are being sought for a dynamic construction role.
The position entails collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement temporary works solutions. This will include formwork, falsework, shoring, scaffolding, and propping systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing and certifying temporary works solutions that meet strict safety standards.
- Providing expert advice and support to clients and site teams.
- Mentoring junior engineers to enhance their skills and expertise.
- Ensuring best practice delivery of internal and external designs.
- Supporting project planning, delegation, and workload management within the team.
- Assisting with technical proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
- Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 6+ years' experience in structural or temporary works design, preferably with contractor-facing exposure.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and the interaction between buildability and design.
- Familiarity with proprietary systems used in temporary works installations.
- Confident in client-facing roles and able to represent the business with credibility.
- CPEng (or working towards), and NER/RPEV registration preferred.
