This is a highly challenging role that involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with our most valuable clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in retaining and growing these high-value clients, ensuring their longevity and success.
- Develop and nurture client relationships through various channels, including regular communication and collaboration to ensure the best possible outcomes for both parties.
- Use industry sources and external networks to identify new business opportunities and expand your client base.
- Consistently deliver exceptional service, building trust and confidence with your clients through your market knowledge, expertise, and personal focus.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the growth and development of your colleagues, sharing your knowledge and experience to drive team success.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market and trading-related matters, helping them make informed decisions.
- Maintain client interest in trading markets through regular market analysis and trade opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gain support for projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Plan and execute client events, conferences, and other activities to foster relationships and drive business growth.
- Meet with clients face-to-face and attend premium client events to build and nurture relationships.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably in a phone sales environment.
- Experience as an account manager or dealing with clients (preferably high net worth) is highly regarded.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and client-focused mindset.
- Exceptional relationship building, customer service, and influencing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Sound decision-making and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to acquire new knowledge quickly and share it with others.
- Proficient numerical ability; comfortable working with numbers.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel throughout Australia (and overseas ad hoc) as required.

Preferred qualifications include:
- Understanding of financial markets, investments, and trading strategies is advantageous.
- Experience with MetaTrader 4 and cTrader is highly valued.
