About This Role

This entry-level opportunity offers a chance to provide exceptional customer service and work in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Christmas Casual, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers to assist them with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering a positive in-store experience for customers by providing assistance on the shop floor, answering phone calls, and fulfilling online orders.
  • Maintaining high merchandising standards across the store.

Please note that Peak Trade Casual Team Members may be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area during peak periods.
