Christmas Seasonal Sales Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Christmas seasonal sales associate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service, and being part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers during the peak holiday season. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through product knowledge and solution-based selling.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, setting up promotions and sales displays, and stocking products in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (desirable).
  • A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer complaints effectively.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and provide service to multiple customers simultaneously.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to sales operations and a personable approach with customers.
