Quality Assurance Leadership Role
- We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the implementation of QA systems and ensure all deliverables align with client and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incident reports, corrective actions, and associated documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct quality audits and inspections on scopes of work in an underground environment
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and health and safety experts to ensure quality is embedded in day-to-day operations
- Report quality performance and raise non-conformance reports or corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in quality assurance roles on construction or mining projects
- Underground construction experience and knowledge of relevant regulations
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and documentation processes
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Bonus Requirements:
- Experience with brownfields mining projects and relevant qualifications
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
