This role is ideal for a motivated and customer-focused individual who wants to build a career in automotive finance, warranty, and insurance. The entry-level position provides an opportunity to learn about finance, insurance, and warranty solutions while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service.
The team works closely with senior members to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Finance & Insurance. You will assist in presenting finance and insurance options to customers in a professional and compliant manner, prepare and submit loan applications, and support the F&I team in managing lender relationships and meeting monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present finance and insurance options to customers in a professional and compliant manner.
- Prepare and submit loan applications and documentation.
- Support the F&I team in managing lender relationships and meeting monthly targets.
- Deliver excellent service to customers throughout the finance and warranty process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, compliance standards, and dealership procedures.
