Role Overview

Our organisation seeks a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill an entry-level position in the finance and warranty sector. This role presents an ideal opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a career in automotive finance, warranty and insurance. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you will learn to provide finance, insurance, and warranty solutions to customers while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in presenting finance and insurance options to customers in a professional and compliant manner.
  • Prepare and submit loan applications and documentation.
  • Support the F&I team in managing lender relationships and meeting monthly targets.
  • Deliver excellent service to customers throughout the finance and warranty process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, compliance standards, and dealership procedures.
  • Shadow senior team members to gain real-world experience in all aspects of Finance & Insurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in interacting with customers and building rapport.
  • Strong attention to detail as accuracy is crucial in finance and compliance.
  • Motivated to develop new skills and build a long-term career.
  • A customer-first mindset, prioritising outstanding service at every step.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and representing the brand with integrity.
  • Previous experience in automotive, finance, insurance, or retail sales is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • A valid driver's licence.
