Family Support Coordinator

**Role Summary:**
This role involves coordinating family support services to ensure children and families receive the help they need.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with departmental policies, procedures, objectives, and trends by consulting with stakeholders and negotiating casework and individualised service plans.
- Develop culturally appropriate prevention, early intervention, and family support strategies that link clients to required services, while maintaining effective relationships with families, community agencies, and government departments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Participate as a team member in a multidisciplinary team to achieve desired outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate case records consistent with departmental requirements and prepare reports as necessary.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor of Social Work or related field.
- Proven experience in child protection and family support.
