Requirements for Success

To excel in this position, candidates must have:

  • Previous experience in guest-facing roles within restaurants or hospitality environments.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems such as SevenRooms or Res Diary would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of A La Carte restaurant operations is advantageous.
  • Cash handling skills are essential.
  • A valid RSA certificate is required.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster including nights and weekends.
