We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team in Double Bay on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing an outstanding shopping experience
  • High levels of motivation and proactivity in achieving sales goals
  • Strong integrity and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Composure under pressure and a determination to succeed
  • An eye for detail and a hands-on approach to tasks
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a high-volume retail environment
  • Excellent merchandising skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • A passion for animal welfare and a willingness to work in an environment where pets are welcome

The successful candidate must be reliable, self-motivated, and willing to adapt to changing circumstances. As part of this role, you may be required to lift heavy items such as bags of dog food.
