We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to work on a casual basis in our Double Bay store.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences
  • A high level of motivation and proactivity
  • Integrity and strong communication skills
  • Ability to remain composed under stress and pressure
  • Determination to succeed and meet high standards
  • An eye for detail and hands-on approach
  • At least 2 years of experience working with a high-volume, disciplined retailer
  • Strong merchandising skills and commitment to pet care

Responsibilities include lifting heavy items (e.g., bags of dog food) and working independently with minimal supervision.

We value teamwork and look for individuals who are eager to grow with the business and achieve results. Prior pet experience is beneficial but not required.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately AU$60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. If you're passionate about animals and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment, we encourage you to apply.
