Cosmetic Expert - Personalised Beauty Services

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cosmetic Expert to join our team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create tailored beauty experiences for clients using premium products and treatments.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of skincare and makeup to provide informed consultations and advice.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Beauty Therapy or related field, with a focus on skincare and facial massage.
  • Proven experience in a retail or salon environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
