Job SummaryThis role involves managing events and hospitality services at our institution. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating events such as conferences, seminars, and performances
- Managing the college cafe, including menu planning, stock control, and budgeting
- Providing high-level customer service to students, staff, and visitors
- Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and support
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and procedures
The successful applicant will have a strong background in event management, hospitality, and leadership. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
