Sports Turf Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and sports turf management, with experience in leading teams to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective maintenance programs to ensure the optimal condition of sports turfs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives.
- Monitor and control resources to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Diploma or formal qualifications in Horticulture (Turf), Sports Turf Management, or a related area.
- Proven experience in leading teams delivering sports turf or open space maintenance.
- Ability to provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Current Medium Rigid License.
- Understanding of turf cricket pitch maintenance and preparation requirements.
