As a Commercial Lawyer, you will work closely with corporate clients to advise on commercial matters, providing entrepreneurial and pragmatic business-oriented advice related to client commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with corporate clients to advise on commercial matters and provide business-oriented advice related to client commercial contracts.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across teams.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in an in-house setting.
- Issue spot and contract plan.
- Create contract templates and/or manage contract databases.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of commercial contracts.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting.
