This Role

We are seeking a skilled commercial lawyer to join our team in Melbourne. As a member of our commercially astute legal team, you will provide hands-on advice on a range of commercial issues and be involved in cutting-edge projects. You will work closely with our General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel, advising on contracts, transaction documents, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert advice on commercial law matters, including contract negotiation and regulatory compliance.
  2. Work on large projects, including renewable gas projects, and contribute to the success of the business.
  3. Collaborate with senior executives and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

We are looking for a lawyer with 4-8 years of experience, gained in leading law firms or in-house teams. You should have a strong understanding of commercial law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
