Job Title:

Driveway Attendant and Console Operator

As a driveway attendant/console operator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety of our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, process sales, and encourage upselling and promotions.
  • Forecourt Management: Safeguard customers and staff, supervise driveway attendants, and monitor for drive-offs.
  • Shop Maintenance: Maintain stock levels, ensure the shop is clean and well-presented at all times.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team.
  • Demonstrated Commitment to Safety Protocols.
  • Adaptability and Willingness to Help Other Staff When Needed.

Working Schedule:

  • Monday and Tuesday: 8am - 5pm.
  • Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8am - 3pm.
  • Additional hours may be required to cover staff absences.
