Console Operator plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit payments with precision.
  • Promote products and services to customers, encouraging increased sales through strategic upselling and promotions.
  • Ensure safety on the forecourt, verifying that equipment functions properly and monitoring customer behavior.
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented shop environment, rotating stock and restocking shelves as required.

Work Schedule:

15 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday, 12:00pm - 5:00pm. Additional hours may be required to support staffing needs.
