
Business Growth Specialist

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion and business development by prospecting, developing, and closing deals with companies having fewer than 2000 employees.
About the Role:
- Architect Your Territory: Strategically build and manage high-conviction pipelines of new business and expansion opportunities to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Champion Value-Based Selling: Masterfully conduct discovery calls to uncover deep-seated business pains and expertly articulate the tangible value and ROI of Miro to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Orchestrate Complex Deals: Execute multi-threaded sales campaigns, skillfully navigating procurement, security, and legal processes with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Drive Expansion: Partner with existing customers to identify new use cases and expand Miro's footprint across new departments and lines of business.
- Collaborate to Win: Work in a tight-knit pod with BDR, Solutions Engineer, and Customer Success Manager to deliver a world-class customer experience from first touch to renewal.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of quota-carrying, closing experience in a SaaS Account Executive role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep curiosity and strong discovery skills.
- Proactive mindset and ability to creatively build own pipeline.
- Operational excellence and proficiency with tools like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
- Coachability and hunger to learn.
