As a video conferencing solutions specialist, you will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge communication solutions to prominent clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our national team on a full-time basis in Melbourne. You will be responsible for designing and implementing all technical aspects within tenders and projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing responses to opportunities with key customers and accounts, including corporate, government, and defence markets.
  • Designing, pricing, and implementing all technical elements in the tender, opportunity, and project delivery stages.
  • Evaluating potential business opportunities to align with organisational policies and strategies.
  • Nurturing direct relationships with key decision-makers to drive ongoing collaboration.
  • Utilising approved software to manage and produce bids efficiently.
  • Managing bid processes to assess and upload contracts, details specifications, drawings, management of addendums, and RFIs effectively.
  • Organising site visits to facilitate problem-solving, relationship-building, and end-user communication.
  • Conceptualising drawings and completing minor drawing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in audio-visual technologies with exceptional stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
  • Qualification in audio engineering, lighting, or video technology or similar is desirable.
  • A current defence clearance is advantageous.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality work consistently.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong commitment to quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
