About this Opportunity:

The Demand Planning Manager plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the demand planning process within our organization.

This involves developing accurate demand forecasts, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring efficient alignment of supply chain activities to meet business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Demand Forecasting: Develop and manage demand forecasts using advanced statistical models and market analysis to ensure accurate predictions of customer demand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align demand plans with business goals and objectives.
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze demand trends, identifying potential risks and opportunities to adjust forecasts and plans accordingly.
  • IBP Implementation: Implement and maintain demand planning tools and systems as part of the IBP process, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the demand planning team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Communicate demand plans and insights to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organisation.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve demand planning processes and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

To be successful in this Role, you'll have:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and statistical skills for accurate demand forecasting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SAP).

Qualifications:
