Automation Test Lead

About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you will spearhead test strategies and plans based on project requirements. Your expertise in leading test execution and defect management will be instrumental in driving our quality assurance efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, and other relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Lead a distributed team of automation testers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain and enhance automation frameworks, incorporating emerging technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in UI, API automation using Selenium (Java) and Playwright with Rest Assured and Postman.
  • Excellent understanding of creating robust automation frameworks that are reusable and easily maintainable.
  • Ability to independently develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive automation frameworks.
  • Experience in BDD/TDD using tools like Cucumber, Serenity, and Playwright-BDD.
