We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Contracts Manager And Sales Coordinator.

This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless contract administration, supporting sales growth, and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

  • Manage contract performance and deliverables for assigned contracts.
  • Provide national support for Government and Major Account tender responses.
  • Conduct periodic customer visits to promote sales.
  • Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute client requirements and deliverables efficiently.
  • Support and track bus deliveries, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve contract-related issues to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in contract administration and service efficiency.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences as a brand ambassador.
