This role requires a person-centred approach, where you will tailor services and support participants to meet their unique needs. You will develop strong partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities and enhance employability through referral to support services and training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilising a person-centred approach to support participants into meaningful employment
  • Developing positive partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities
  • Enhancing employability through referral to support services and training
  • Providing in-employment support to sustain employment
  • Marketing participants' skills to prospective employers
  • Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks
  • Keeping detailed, accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements
  • Actively participating in the local community to promote services
