  • Enhance employability through referral to support services and training.
  • Provide in-employment support to sustain employment.
  • Market participants' skills to prospective employers.
  • Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance requirements.
Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong passion for helping others succeed in employment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to build positive relationships with participants and employers.
  • A high level of quality focus with attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
  • The ability to think outside the square and develop strategies to place participants into sustainable employment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and online systems.
