You will guide, support,and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strongrelationships with employers and support organisations.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Utilising a person-centred approach to tailorservices and support participants into meaningful employment
• Developing positive partnerships with localemployers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants
• Enhancing employability through referral tosupport services and training
• Providing in-employment support to sustainemployment
• Marketing your participants' skills toprospective employers
• Achieving program performance and qualitybenchmarks
• Keeping detailed, accurate records and adheringto all compliance requirements
• Actively participating in the local communityto promote services
