At Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd, we are seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate the execution of successful new build infrastructure and expansion/retrofit projects in our Global Customer Fulfillment (GCF) network.

The Program Manager will lead a team of support personnel and coordinate the resources required to launch new and complex projects with the goals of achieving timelines, staying within budget, and driving standardization within our network.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Managing new and existing programs, successfully delivering difficult projects and goals across multiple organizations
  2. Partnering with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery
  3. OWNING program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., path to green), escalating as appropriate
  4. Influencing design and development of strategic processes
  5. Working with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
  6. Developing, implementing, and governing the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program, project, or sub-task
  7. Providing accountability while reporting on status, asking for help, and immediately escalating issues and problems as necessary
  8. Responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and Go-Live

This position includes travel up to 50% (nationwide).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
