After School Education Programme Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to oversee the Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Program in Warrandyte.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a commitment to safeguarding children and the ability to drive educational outcomes through innovative practices that align with our core values: Grounded, Relationships, Ownership and GROW.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Learning and Development: Guide children's learning and development in a nurturing environment.
- Mentor Educators: Provide curriculum direction and support to Educators to enhance their teaching skills.
- Manage Operations: Oversee enrolment, medical compliance and governance within the OSHC Program.
- Build Community Relations: Foster strong relationships with families, school staff and the wider community.
- Safeguard Children: Uphold the highest standards of child safety and wellbeing.
- Qualifications: Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
- Certifications: Employee Working with Children Check, Current National Police Check, First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and CPR Certificates.
- Availability: Availability to work Monday - Friday: 3.00pm to 6:00pm.
