About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our AML Operations Detection team. This role involves overseeing AML/CTF operational obligations, including screening, triaging, and assessing alerts for sanctions risk, PEPs, adverse media, and third-party risk.

You will be responsible for treating Unusual Activity Reports (UARs) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role combines hands-on operational oversight with strategic thinking and requires guidance, support, and decision-making expertise.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, managing queues, monitoring service levels, and ensuring escalations are handled efficiently. You will also be involved in workforce planning, quality control, and preparing insights for risk committees.

As an emerging expert in AML/CTF trends, you will help us stay ahead of the curve by contributing to our response strategies.

About You

You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads with both heart and clarity. With solid experience in AML or investigations, you are confident navigating sanctions, PEPs, and regulatory reporting.

A strong understanding of AML/CTF legislation and regulatory requirements is essential. Industry accreditations like ACAMS or ICA are highly valued.
