Job Overview

The Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the loss prevention team in maintaining a secure and safe environment.

  • Monitor building activity during regular business hours, weekends, and after hours.
  • Complete daily reports and document employee/guest incidents and injuries.
  • Perform basic first aid if needed and inspect fire safety equipment.
Responsibilities

The job involves standing, walking, using hands, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing. Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling are also required occasionally. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, time management, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with two to four years of related experience and/or training. Knowledge of word processing software and internet software is essential.
