Job Description:

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more. This position requires providing customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring the highest level of safety and security standards are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Implement effective safety and security protocols to prevent potential threats and risks.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a high level of physical fitness, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs.
  • Hold a valid driver's license for driving positions only.
