Job Opportunity in Civil Construction

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as part of a consortium delivering design, construct, maintenance and facilities management services across the Southern Region of Sydney.

As part of our team, you will be working on various projects, including the renewal of mechanical, electrical, and civil water and wastewater network assets for Sydney Water across the South Region.

Experience in maintaining high safety standards, protecting the environment, and engaging positively with the community is essential. Additional training and skill development opportunities are available to support your growth.

The positions we have available include:

  • Excavator Operators
  • Civil Pipelayers
  • Mechanical Fitters
  • Formwork Carpenters
  • Skilled Labourers/Truck Drivers
  • Confined Space Labourers

To be considered for these positions, applicants must possess a valid NSW White Card and NSW Driver's Licence (truck drivers are required to hold at least a minimum MR licence, and operators must have a Statement of Attainment). Recent hands-on experience with construction or civil projects is essential.

Successful candidates will receive favourable permanent hourly rates based on experience, including overtime, leave entitlements and benefits. Solid induction and training provided, together with development for future growth and opportunities.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am start, 40 hours per week, with the possibility of ad hoc rostered night shifts.
