Delicatessen Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Delicatessen Manager to lead our team and drive business growth in the deli department. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, and mentoring and coaching a high-performing team.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the deli department, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership and management experience, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve business objectives.
