Delicatessen Manager Role Overview

You will have complete accountability for the daily operations of the delicatessen department, taking pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to lead and manage the deli team, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily stock levels and ordering supplies as needed;
  • Leading and developing the deli team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and sales results;
  • Maintaining high standards of product quality, presentation and safety; and
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
