Learning Enrichment Leader

The Learning Enrichment Leader will be a key member of the Teaching and Learning Team, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and wellbeing.

This role provides strategic leadership to build high-performing teams, promote collaboration, and champion positive education frameworks. It focuses on enhancing teaching practices, wellbeing initiatives, and operational systems to achieve optimal outcomes for students, staff, and families.

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of innovative educational programs and initiatives that enhance teaching practices, wellbeing, and student outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment where teachers work together to share best practices, develop new skills, and improve student learning.
  • Culture Building: Develop and implement strategies to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture that promotes social-emotional learning and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of professional learning programs that support teacher growth and development.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to inclusive education, student wellbeing, and teaching practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to identify and address student needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading educational programs and initiatives that enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive education principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
