Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the entire claims process, setting reserves and authorizing payments within authority levels and according to SLAs.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring they are informed of progress and negotiating options as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Provide prompt attention to all claims in accordance with Company standards and SLA requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices by participating in relevant business-related forums and working groups.
