Key Product Owner Role

The Key Product Owner plays a pivotal role in ensuring that product requirements are articulated to the development team, resulting in solutions that meet stakeholder needs and align with strategic objectives.

By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Key Product Owner achieves business value and product outcomes through customer-focused solutions in complex regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver business-driven solutions to enhance insurance claims processes.
  • Provide strategic direction and clarity of purpose to delivery resources.
  • Exhibit execution excellence in Agile methodology and foster constructive relationships across the organisation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define scope and measures of success.
  • Participate in ceremonies and facilitate optimal delivery of prioritised initiatives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager.
  • Stakeholder engagement and management expertise.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of General Insurance or Financial Services.
