Employment Tax Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled Employment Tax Specialist to join our team. As an expert in employment tax advisory, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses.

  • Develop and implement employment tax strategies for global mobility arrangements, FBT, payroll tax, superannuation, employee share schemes, remuneration planning, and salary sacrifice arrangements across diverse national clients.
  • Provide strategic advice on a wide variety of employment tax matters, including audits and cross-border issues.
  • Consult with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with data and technology experts to design automated tools to streamline employment tax processes.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar or complementary role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work independently.
  • Strong research and legal interpretation skills.
  • Proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling of services.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree qualification, majoring in Accounting, Tax, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Law.
