Our boutique residential care facility for women in Fremantle seeks a dedicated leader to manage our 23-bed home.
The Opportunity:- Lead and manage a team to deliver quality care and services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve clinical and non-clinical outcomes.
- Maintain the well-being of residents through effective day-to-day management.
This role requires strategic leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional care. As Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring that staff are supported, and residents' needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Day-to-day management of the facility.
- Assessing individual needs and coordinating care.
- Staff rostering and management support.
- Liaising with residents and relatives.
- Ongoing adherence to WHS policies.
- Continuous improvement program participation.
