Key Insights Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Data & Analytics team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success through data-driven insights.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and communicating findings effectively.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly management reporting and analysis, including subscription flow, content analytics, and growth/marketing metrics.
  • Analyze marketing initiatives with Marketing, Sales, and Ad teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of KPIs for month-end financial reporting and invoicing.
  • Create a local entertainment competitor landscape via trackable KPIs.
  • Identify and highlight foreseeable impacts on key performance indicators relating to the Australian streaming business.
  • Monitor and liaise with technical teams to resolve data issues.
  • Support technical teams to optimize data availability and extraction for timely and robust reporting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience working as an analyst, driving actionable business insights.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Tableau/Adobe Analytics experience.
  • Knowledge of TV/entertainment content.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
