About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead the preparation and coordination of all Group, Statutory and Board reporting for the Blackmores Group. This role is ideal for someone with a Big 4 background and strong commercial numerical and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate all Kirin, Group, Statutory and Board reporting for the Blackmores Group
- Provide advice on judgemental accounting matters and control deficiencies, including impairment assessment, revenue recognition, acquisition accounting, eliminations, and accounting for incentives
- Support the maintenance of robust finance data through key data and governance controls and designing sustainable data management controls
- Perform ad hoc analysis supporting strategic advice to the business
- Enhance financial controls through policy documentation, balance sheet review and analysis
- Provide business partnering services to certain central business units
About You
- A qualified Big 4 accountant with 5-7 years post qualification experience
- Experience leading reporting for large organisations
- Data savvy, strong attention to detail, able to examine and critique financial reports
- Highly collaborative, able to drive business units to provide accurate information, works closely with business partners
