Head of Finance Anz

Due to a recent promotion, we are excited to offer the role of Head of Finance ANZ.

We are looking for a commercially minded, finance leader to partner with our high-performing sales and marketing leadership team across the ANZ business. Reporting into the Finance Director AsiaPac, you will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the commercial delivery of our 3 major brands. You will manage P&L, lead forecasting and budgeting, trade and sales promotions and help set targets and budgets. This is a people focused role, brilliantly engaging with your stakeholders to lead the Blackmores ANZ business to commercial success.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Partner with key stakeholders to lead and drive the Team Australia and New Zealand (TANZ) team to commercial success
- Lead and mentor a finance team, consisting of 3 direct reports and their small teams.
- Adhere to strong Group reporting and control measures for ANZ
- Monthly reports summarising key achievements, risks and opportunities for ANZ business
- Compile monthly management reports for each of the key brands and provide advice on areas of improvement or concern.
- Provide financial management advice to respective TANZ key stakeholders.

**Who are you?**
- Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills to drive financial performance across a range of channels and brands within FMCG
- Must have experience partnering with senior leaders at Sales Director level or equivalent
- CPA/CIMA/CA qualified
- A coach and mentor, with experience leading a diverse finance team
