We're seeking a talented Banking Product Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our squad, you'll drive product growth and innovation while shaping the future of everyday banking.

">About the Role:">
  • You will lead the vision and strategy for new everyday banking propositions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Validate ideas through customer research, data insights, and rapid experimentation to ensure we're solving real customer problems.
  • Design end-to-end journeys from discovery to launch across mobile, web, and core platforms, prioritizing elegance, performance, reliability, and accessibility.
  • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, risk, and operations for smooth delivery and continuous iteration.
  • Provide product leadership across squads, mentoring and influencing peers to raise their craft and drive business impact.

  • In your first 12–18 months, you'll contribute to leading the development of strategic everyday banking propositions that drive measurable growth and engagement results.
  • Shape the direction of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elevate the quality of everything we build, focusing on user experience, technical excellence, and sustainable business outcomes.

  • You have considerable experience in product roles, particularly delivering customer-facing digital products in fintech, banking, or high-growth platform companies.
  • A strong track record of scaling products end-to-end with measurable growth and engagement results.
  • Expertise in product discovery, experimentation, Lean/Agile methodologies, and working in squad-based models.
  • A strategic mindset, able to translate trends, data, and insights into clear product direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable influencing at multiple levels.
  • Technical fluency, able to interface effectively with engineers across the stack (mobile, APIs, backend).
